Services Included︰ 1)Traditional Chinese Consultation and Acupuncture The School of Chinese Medicine of Hong Kong Baptist University Clinic is located at the CADENZA Hub. The Clinic provides different services such as medical consultation, medical treatment, acupuncture and medication.
Nutritionists from the Centre for Nutritional Studies of CUHK will be on duty at Jockey Club CADENZA Hub on a regular basis. Nutritionist helps client achieve better health and optimal weight through lifestyle modification.
4)Physiotherapy,Consultation and Training Physiotherapist conducts rehabilitation treatment for patients who are suffering from stroke, pain or sports injury. Our therapist uses various manual skills and equipments training help to improve their problem and symptoms.
5)Cognitive Assessment Registered social worker conducts cognitive assessments for those in need. The assessment consists of the following: memory, attention, judgment as well as daily living skills. Based on the results of the assessment，professional advices and training programs will be arranged to suit their needs. The Worker will make a referral to the relevant department(s) for follow-up action if necessary.
6)Self-care skills ,ADL Training and home safety assessment Occupational therapists conducts assessments on activities of daily living skills, environmental risk assessment, Home modifications and community living skills assessment for those in need. Therapist will make a detailed report and recommendations afterwards.The Worker will make a referral to the relevant department(s) for follow-up action if necessary.
7)Nursing Care Registered nurse provides health monitoring ,wound care, injection and drugs management for those in need .The Nurse will make a referral to the relevant department(s) for follow-up action if necessary.
